The eggs come out within 10 minutes with a slotted spoon and the potatoes continue to cook until soft when poked with a fork. It sure saves on extra pots and pans. The hot potato salad is made with the hard boiled eggs, potatoes, mayo, liquid from the bread and butter pickles and a little dill, salt, and pepper.
